OMADA MOMENTS

“Omada brokerage was given a load from our customer. Our partner option broke down in the middle of the shipment and could not provide another truck. The Omada Team sprang into action and worked to secure another unit to make the delivery. We had to pay premium to the recover truck to continue the route and deliver on time. We absorbed the extra cost, met the deadline, and kept our customer happy.”

OMADA MOMENTS

“We had a customer call us for a load. We provided carrier to cover it. When the carrier got on-site, theshipment was overweight. An Omada team member rushed to the shipper and made sure that the freight was loaded correctly, to insure that the truck was not over legal weight. The customer was very happy with the way we responded and quickly resolved the issue and got the shipment on the road.”
